Quesa Birria Tacos

Quesabirria tacos with Certified Angus Beef, garnished with radishes and cilantro, served with consommé and charro beans.

A traditional family recipe where we take Certified Angus Beef ® and slowly roast it with guajillo chilies and herbs until tender. We then gently pull it apart by hand and serve it as tacos with red onions, cilantro, broth and a side of charro beans.
