This traditional sandwich Jalisco. It’s a crispy loaf of bread cut in half filled with freshly pork carnitas served with a side of rice and beans. Topped with our special sauce made of tomato and chile de arbol, it is garnished with pickled red onions, freshly sliced radishes, cilantro, and lime slices.
